Cold water therapy: You will be introduced to the theory and benefits. There will be support throughout as you are guided with meditation and breathwork. (Of course this is always a choice you are welcome to skip this!)
The wood fired sauna is a great place to wind down, allowing the heat to relax your body and mind.
A wholesome home-cooked lunch is included.

A Neal's Yard Organic Remedies Group Facial will nourish our skin. Everyone will receive their own facial kit & we will indulge in the beautiful natural products.
