Service Description
Join us in Harriet's beautiful garden for an hour of Kundalini yoga with Katrina. We will meet at 930 so we have time for a cuppa, oracle cards, set up ready for yoga at 10am. From 11-12 you will have use of the Sauna & Cold Plunge - or opt for cold shower or bucket! Then we will have time for snacks and cuppa & discussion about the Kundalini experience.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions - Payment in full is required for 1:1 booking, for all services offered. - If you are unable to attend your appointment & can give 24hrs or more notice, then the payment can be transferred to an alternative date. - Cancellations of less than 24hrs or failing to attend will result in the payment being retained. - Retreats days and events must be paid in advance - if you are unable to attend you may sell or gift your place but please inform us in advance. - No refunds will be offered.
