Back in February i hosted the first Cold Dip Journal Club. This Community is growing fast as more & more people are finding the benefits that cold water brings to their lives!
If you haven't tried Cold Water Therapy before it can be quite overwhelming! In fact if you do cold dips regularly it is always easy some days, & yet I still have days where the anxiety will creep in. Mindset plays such a huge part & having 1:1 support enables you to feel safe & supported throughout.
Before even heading to the water we focus on mindset. Using journals, oracle cards, moon cycles & astrology to create a clear vision of what we would like to achieve, setting purposeful intentions. A short mediation beforehand allows us to feel grounded and ready. We use the water to further instill this focus and clarity.
Over the summer there are a few Cold Dip experiences available to book. Anyone can join, it is a wonderful supportive community of like minded people! You will find all the details at Pippanewmanreiki.com
