It's coming up to being a year since I decided to transform my World & start to devote my time and energy into everything I love.
I couldn't have anticipated how quickly the shift would happen but with diligent focus & action my work, ideas & creativity has grown & flourished!

Reset & Revive 2025
The year kicked off with the first of many collaborations. On the 17th of January I teamed up with Harriet from https://www.health-yourself.co.uk/ for our first Reset & Revive Day Retreat.
It was a beautiful day. Great discussions, connections & self discovery! Harriet made some wonderful food, everyone braved the cold plunge & enjoyed the experience. The consensus at the end of the day was all round 'when is the next one?!'
As result we are planning to go ahead with hosting one each month.

Cold Dip Journal Club
On Saturday 8th Feb I launched my Cold Dip Journal Club! An idea that has been brewing for a while but then the format clicked & came together! This is something I am really excited about! I envisage creating a lovely little group of like minded people all engaged in their own personal journey but learning & growing together!
This will be available fortnightly & if cold water therapy is totally out of your comfort zone & something you would like to explore 1:1 contact me direct & we can arrange something for you.
The session lasts 1hr 30 mins & includes oracle cards, guided meditation and support with breathwork.

Women's Wellness Retreat Day
Join Dawn Kendall Wellness and Pippa Newman Reiki for a wonderful day of self-care.
The day will include yoga, journaling, an introduction to Tarot workshop, Neal's Yard Organic Remedies Facial - you will all receive your own facial kits with products to try & take home. A nutritious lunch & tea & snacks provided throughout. We will end the day with a relaxing meditation, hands on Reiki and crystal healing.

Sound Bath with Reiki & Crystal Healing
Join me and Harriet at St Lawrence Centre in South Walsham on the second Monday of every month. Taking The sound to another level with the wonderful acoustics of the church and the addition of hands on reiki, a dreamy relaxing experience. Each month we focus on a crystal to share with you and you will receive a crystal gift to take home.
