There is definitely some lovely transformative vibes in the air at the moment. Hints of colour as flowers wake from winter & the sunshine has even made an appearance which really seems to shift everything!
Some great events coming up this month as I continue to work on creating spaces that enable everyone to access healing & wellbeing. I want these spaces to be easy to access, affordable and inclusive.
The Cold Dip Journal Club

A beautiful space to get together. We start with a short introduction, talking about what is happening from an astrology aspect. Everyone is given a journal booklet to write anything that comes to mind & journaling prompts are included. We work around moon cycles, releasing what we no longer require around the full moon and inviting in new beginnings around the new moon. We also use oracle cards & journal on anything that their messages bring to the surface. Whilst the group continue to discuss & journal I take each person out to the cold plunge individually & support them with meditation & breathwork practice whilst they get in the cold water. We all warm up with a cuppa and snacks afterwards. Feedback has been amazing! With clients getting so much from this experience. From elevating mood to creating a space for focus. A great way to start the weekend! The next one is on March 15th & there is just 2 spaces left so get booked on today. There will be on 29th with a slight time change at 7-830, allowing me time to get to the Wellbeing Retreat Day.
