Hello & Welcome to Pippa Newman Reiki.
My focus is to bring well-being practices to you in a simple, accessible way. So far this year has brought so many new offerings & there are plenty more to come! Here are some dates for your diary of everything coming up over the next few months.
Sound & Reiki Bath -
Waterloo Park & South Walsham
This weekend we held the first Sound & Reiki Bath at Waterloo Park. You will find me & Harriet (Health Yourself UK) here once a month. Experience the wonderful healing vibrations of the gongs & crystal bowls, enhanced with hands on Reiki & Crystal Healing. Each month you will receive a crystal to work with & information about how it may be beneficial to you.
Where: Waterloo Park Pavilion (above The Feed Café) Angel Rd, NR3 3HX
When: 930-1030 4th May
Please arrive 15 mins early to get comfortable. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, cushions & enjoy feeling fully relaxed.

Cold Dip Journal Club
Using cold water to connect to ourselves & each other. A wonderful community is forming! Building resilience, changing our stories & our mindset, opening ourselves up to all kinds of new possibilities! Of course we are also gaining from an array of physical benefits too! Running fortnightly we work alongside moon cycles. You will receive a journal booklet full of prompts and information relevant to astrology, we use oracle cards & the water experience itself to explore & discover more about ourselves & what we want to call into our lives.
We were given a wonderful opportunity to use a natural pool last week, I will keep you all updated for the next time this is available!

Reset & Revive Retreat Day
A day of total relaxation.
This day provides you with space to connect to yourself & time to let go.
*We start with a short workshop which encourages exploration & creativity.
Moving outside you have time to use the Wood Fired Sauna & maybe use the cold plunge. You will be guided & supported throughout the cold water experience so a perfect time to give it a try!
*A delicious home cooked lunch is included.
*After lunch you will receive some products from Neal's Yard Organic Remedies as we refresh & revitalise our skin with a facial.
*Ending the day with a Sound & Reiki Bath. You will leave feeling completely recharged and relaxed.

Reiki & Crystal Healing
If you have experienced Reiki at one of our soundbaths full sessions are available with a full consultation at Mallard Way in Sprowston. All sessions are tailored specifically to your needs.

Immerse yourself in total relaxation with an Indian Head Massage. Using beautiful oils from Neal's Yard Organic Remedies & including hand & arm massage. Time is allocated for a full consultation, allowing a full hour of treatment.
