Cancellation Policy

Reiki/ Crystal Healing – Booking Policy Payment • Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • With 48 hours’ notice or more, your appointment may be moved to an alternative date, subject to availability. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in full payment being retained. • No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with no reduction in fee. Contraindications & Important Information Reiki/ Crystal healing is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy and is generally safe for most people. However: • Reiki does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are undergoing medical or psychological treatment, please inform me prior to your session. • Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or interfere with medical treatment. • Clients remain fully responsible for their own health and wellbeing before, during, and after the session. If you are unsure whether Reiki is suitable for you, please contact me before booking to discuss your circumstances. Client Responsibility • By booking a Reiki session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. • You acknowledge that Reiki is a holistic practice that works on an energetic level and that individual experiences and outcomes may vary. Consent *If you are booking Reiki for children an appropriate adult must be present at all times, all consent forms must be completed prior to the session, By booking and attending a Reiki session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
