Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Payment • Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received. Cancellation & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • With 48 hours’ notice or more, your appointment may be moved to an alternative date, subject to availability. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in full payment being retained. • No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with no reduction in fee.
