We begin with a consultation in which we establish three statements.

These statements should be clear and concise, in the present tense and should be felt in the body.

Beginning with a short grounding meditation - repeating your staements as the vibration of the words are important. Eneverything is energy & vibration and these words will carry the frequency that will support you. Numbers are also channelled as a part of the vibration. The meaning of words can be obscured by context whereas numbers remain  the same, reinforcing the frequency.

Working with crystals, the platonic solids, tuning forks and reiki the frequency is embodied. Like a re-programming, expect to see new perspectives and feel profound shifts in how you feel. This may not be immediantly apparent but as weeks pass by expect to notice yourself responding differntly to situations.
