Workshop
We begin the day with a workshop that will uncover your stories & begin to establish what you would like to to cultivate more of in your World. We use Tarot, Oracle cards & everyone receives a journal which is actively used throughout the day, enabling you to continue with your self study beyond our time together.
Cold Dip & Sauna
You will have time using the sauna & the cold plunge. The connection with water is deep & supports you both physically & mentally in so many ways. We will delve into this connection & establish how it can best support your individual needs.
Lunch, snacks & drinks are provided throughout the day.
Neal's Yard Facial
Using Neal's yard products you will practice self care discovering how the simplest of practices can help you to create healthy wellness routines, encouraging you to make space & time to nourish yourself both physically & mentally. Take a deep breath and relax with the beautiful aromatherapy oils as you receive a facial that will encourage you to connect to yourself & your needs. 10:30 - 11:45 AM: Welcome workshop! We begin with tea & an introduction to the experience.
11:45 AM - 1:00 PM: Sauna and Cold Dip Experience
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break
1: PM - 2:15 PM: Facial Treatment
2:15 PM - 3:15 PM: Sound Bath and Reiki Session
315PM - 330PM: Reflection & Goodbyes.
Sound & Reiki Bath
Complete you day with a beautifully relaxing sound & reiki bath. Lie back & absorb the vibrations of the gongs & crystal bowls, whilst receiving 1:1 Reiki healing, focusing on your individual requirements. We guarantee you will leave feeling relaxed, your energy reset & you are revived & ready to step into your World with fresh new perspectives.
