There will also be a session scheduled monthly which can be booked for £77 Per person.
What is included.....

Our day will begin with some oracle cards, journaling and discussion. Bringing focus to where we are and where we want to be! Maybe setting some intentions for the day or even beyond. A great way to connect to ourselves and to find connection with like minded people.

There will be an opportunity to experience cold water therapy. You will be introduced to the theory and benefits. There will be support throughout as you are guided with meditation and breathwork. (Of course this is always a choice you are welcome to skip this!)

The wood fired sauna is a great place to wind down, allowing the heat to relax your body and mind.

A wholesome home-cooked lunch will be served, all included.

A Neal's Yard Organic Remedies Group Facial will nourish our skin. Everyone will receive their own facial kit & we will indulge in the beautiful natural products.

Finishing the day with cosy blankets and relaxation as we settle you into a sound bath with Reiki & Crystal healing. A beautifully healing experience. Leaving you feeling reset and revived, ready to move forwards with rejuvenated energy.
