Cold Dip Journal Club For those of you that are interested in cold water therapy I have decided to start a Cold Dip club! These will be held around the Full & New Moons. Giving us an opportunity to use the energies to tap into what we want to call in and release working with these cycles. I see the connection to the cold therapy significant here, allowing us to really connect to ourselves. Each session will last 1hr 30mins I will support you and talk you through getting into the cold water. Bring your Journals! We will warm up with a cuppa! I will share my astrology knowledge and we will use some oracle cards to help us set intentions. A great way to share, connect and stay accountable in the process.
