Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions of booking: - Payment in full is required for 1:1 bookings & for all group services. - If you are unable to attend your appointment & can give 48hrs or more notice, then the payment can be transferred to an alternative date. - Cancellations of less than 48hrs or failing to attend will result in the payment being retained. - If you are unable to attend you may sell or gift your place but please inform us in advance. - All clients must fill in the forms attached to the booking to enable them to particicpate. This must be completed every time. - No refunds will be offered. This policy outlines the safe, ethical, and professional delivery of Cold Water Immersion Therapy. It is designed to protect participants, practitioners, and the business by setting clear expectations, health and safety standards, and informed consent requirements. Cold Water Immersion Therapy is offered as a wellbeing and resilience practice, not as a medical treatment. This policy applies to: • All cold water immersion sessions (individual or group) • All participants & facilitators. • All environments used ( tubs, ice baths, or controlled facilities) Practitioner agrees to: • Maintain valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance • Conduct risk assessments for each location and session • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and emergency protocols • Maintain participant confidentiality in line with GDPR Participant Eligibility & Health Screening - Health Declaration All participants must complete a Health Screening & Informed Consent Form prior to participation. Cold Water Immersion Therapy may not be suitable for individuals with, or suspected of having: • Heart conditions or cardiovascular disease • High or low blood pressure not medically managed • History of stroke or seizures • Respiratory conditions (e.g. uncontrolled asthma) • Raynaud’s syndrome • Pregnancy • Recent surgery or injury • Any condition where sudden cold exposure is contraindicated Participants unsure of suitability must seek medical advice before attending. By participating, individuals acknowledge that: • Cold water immersion involves inherent risks • Participation is voluntary • They are responsible for listening to their body and communicating discomfort. Liability Disclaimer Cold Water Immersion Therapy is undertaken at the participant’s own risk. The practitioner is not liable for injury or illness resulting from undisclosed medical condition.
